My name is Devah Sofia Lucus.
I am a Singer/Songwriter, Poet.
Kinda the same thing.
If you talked to me in person you'd probably experience something of what you read of me but I am better on paper or in song.
I am a strange combination of introvert/extrovert.
I'm really great at convincing people that I don't have much going on upstairs. Its easier than answering all of the questions that I'll find myself tripping over if I try to orate the answers.
I am a performer with performance anxiety only when I'm not on stage.
I guess I just want to be seen when I want to be seen or I want to be seen by those that can see through my transparent facade and by those who don't need me to be less than who I am.
I'm only slightly self-absorbed and egotistical. *lol*
Don't ask me about my accomplishments. Very little of what I have done outside of giving birth or surviving childhood seems to be of any consequence to me. Ie. I won't remember them.
My goals are unusual so I rarely communicate them to Anyone at all. In the majority of opinion I seem to live on another planet. My ideals are what I live for and you can read them in my writings and hear them in my songs.
As far as Song/writing is concerned, I'm getting better everyday. I like praise for honest effort like anyone else so bring it on. *Laughing*
